Prints from the trail
Scenes from the whole Pacific Crest Trail, from desert cactus to the North Cascades, each made from my photos of the 2021 hike. They are digital downloads: $8 for one scene, $18 for a set of three. You get the files, then print them at home or at a print shop. Nothing ships.

How they are made
Each print starts from one of my trail photos. I design it from that photo with my own creative direction and AI-assisted image generation and enlargement, so these are digital illustrations, not paintings and not photographs. The photos everywhere else on this site are my real trail photos, and the rule on the about page still holds: no AI-made photos.
The Sierra lakes come in two styles. The colorful ones lean into turquoise and peach, and each comes with a matching place-name poster. The gouache-style ones are plain artwork. The desert, Northern California, Oregon and Washington sets share one painted style and are sold as sets of three. The hiker scenes put a painted hiker in the view, and each set comes with a man or a woman hiker.
I have not made a physical proof of any of them yet, so run a test print before a large order. Details are on each print’s page.
